Flutter Game Developer (with unity integration)
We are looking for a skilled Flutter developer with experience in integrating unity elements into native mobile applications. In this role, you will work closely with designers, animators to create fun, interactive and educational games that combine flutter’s UI strength with unity’s powerful game mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile games using Flutter with embedded Unity 3D/2D game modules.
- Collaborate with animators and Unity developers to ensure seamless integration of game logic and visuals.
- Optimize game performance across Android and iOS platforms.
- Handle in-app navigation, animations, sound integration, and responsive design in Flutter.
- Implement APIs for analytics, user profiles, and progress tracking.
- Debug and resolve issues related to Unity-Flutter communication and asset loading.
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements tailored for children aged 2–10.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience embedding Unity games into Flutter apps (e.g., using platform channels or plugins).
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android deployment workflows.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI principles, animations, and game interfaces.
- Basic experience with Unity, including game builds, asset management, and prefabs.
- Version control experience with Git.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in educational games or working with child-focused applications.
- Familiarity with Firebase, especially for analytics and remote config.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design for neurodiverse users.
